Grand Manor was just right for our church retreat, peaceful, comfortable and with a great feel to the place. We had a wonderful time, and breakfast was five star and made on site. The staff were so helpful and made sure we had what we needed. I’d recommend it for a relaxing retreat or getaway.

The lapa was a highlight, with braai areas, lounges and a pizza oven that we made good use of. The whole venue was clean and well organized, and the large lounges, dining areas and outdoor spots made it great for hosting. There’s excellent wifi too. Nine of the 11 rooms and ensuite bathrooms were used, and our guests were very comfortable. We rented the entire self catering property for my husband’s 50th birthday. It’s hard to find a party venue like this in Joburg, and Grand Manor went beyond what I needed. Sales manager Blessings was incredibly accommodating, helping arrange waiters and chefs and recommending hiring companies. Site manager Boipelo was there throughout to help and receive deliveries, and Lucas was also really helpful. The service standard was high. I’d recommend the place for family getaways, reunions, parties or other events.
