The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the place itself is nice and clean. The woman working there was very friendly. But the beds are the problem. We stayed twice, first in a flatlet and then in another room, and both beds were much too hard to be comfortable. We tried one in a different room too, and that one was like a sponge. They need proper beds for paying guests. It’s an excellent place otherwise, so please fix the beds.

I used to be so happy staying here and thought I’d found a second home. It was affordable, neat, and all so good, but their admin has gone downhill and they’ve let me down twice. You book, but they don’t send confirmation or banking details for the payment. Then you arrive to stay and are told it’s fully booked. The last time, a guy called thami said there were no rooms, then called again hours later to ask if I’d found somewhere, because a room had become available. Seriously? I’ve had enough. Their admin is bad, and I’ve changed my mind about the place.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. It’s good value for money. This will be my choice from now on whenever I need a place to stay in Richards Bay. 😀🙏

The place is spotless all the time, and we really enjoyed our stay at Sivande. The ladies who work there were the best.
