The neighborhood was very quiet, and the service was awesome. Rooms have air conditioning, there's an accessible kitchen, and the electric gates were handy. It's close to the shopping mall too. Parking is a bit tight, so we had to reverse out through the main gate, but otherwise we had a fantastic experience.

We arrived after 11, but Lani graciously came to let us in and show us to our room. The guest house was neat and clean, and our room was clean too, with crisp white bedding. I loved the night we spent at Lani's.

Such a beautiful place near the CBD. It's my second home.

My staff members were there for a week of work commitments, and we'd booked their room online using the company's corporate card. When they arrived, a third party told them the payment hadn't come through and that they'd have to pay again to stay that night. They showed proof of the online payment, but were still required to pay upfront. I understand technical problems can happen, but making them pay again after they'd provided clear evidence was unacceptable. It caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, which isn't what we expect from a reputable establishment. I'm disappointed with their experience at Lani's Guest House. I hope this is taken seriously and steps are put in place to stop it happening again.

We visited Lanis Guest House on 3 to 4 February 2024 at 17:30. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the whole place felt peaceful, quiet, and welcoming. We were impressed by how clean and well organized the premises were. The friendly staff were willing to go the extra mile to meet all our needs. I rate Lanis Guest House the best in town. Big ups to the receptionist and supervisor!
