I gave Munati another chance this week after a previous visit with poor hospitality, and the service was even worse. I left the room after 6 in the morning and came back to find it still uncleaned. No one gave me the safe code when I asked, and guests aren't welcomed or shown around, they just take you to the room and leave you there. Breakfast was a complete letdown too. Now I'm sitting at reception waiting to find out who will clean my room, since nobody has dealt with it all day. I'm so disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 😞😞😞

After a long trip, it was such a relief to check in and be welcomed straight away. The staff are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The chef is great too. Thanks, Jeanling, breakfast was really good.

We waited an hour for dinner, and it wasn't impressive when it arrived. Service was shocking in other ways too: after 15 minutes without a glass for my wine or a bottle opener for my husband's beer, I finally went to ask. They gave my son floor mats to use as a towel. Google Maps sent us to the wrong gate, so we had to find the right one ourselves, and there were other problems as well. This place has potential, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Jack, the owner, was helpful and a great person to deal with. The people here were lovely too, and I really enjoyed my stay. The lodge itself is beautiful and worth seeing, and the rooms are modern, clean, and have solar backup.
