Patterson BB

The cabins were thoughtfully laid out inside, with everything we needed: soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, a TV, aircon, microwave, fridge, and even an iron. My husband and I were impressed. The website photos don’t really show how nice it is. There’s a lovely garden and roomy grounds in a quiet neighborhood, plus secured parking. It was neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it if you need a good rest after a long drive.

We spent the long weekend here and found the rooms neat and clean, with bright white towels, fresh bedding, and the essential toiletries provided. It was just right for a quick getaway. The staff at reception were friendly, and Mahomed went out of his way to make sure guests were comfortable.

We arrived in Newcastle for a gig without knowing what to expect, since our client had booked the place for us. The setting was lovely, parking was ample right outside the units, and the location was easy to get to with good security. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including air-conditioning and a fully set up kitchenette. The shower stood out for me: it was large, with an easy entrance, so I could get in and shower comfortably. At other places, the showers have been so tiny and hard to enter when you're a bigger person. Breakfast the next morning was great, the staff were friendly, and service was on time.

From booking and reception to the staff and security, everything was 100%. I felt safe, and the rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, with toiletries and fresh towels in place. It felt like home. I'd recommend it to family and friends. Well done, Mr. Mohamed, for keeping up the standard. I look forward to staying again in a few months.
