Our daughter’s wedding at Surval Olive Estate was magical and memorable for all of us. The setting is breathtaking, with lush greenery and a peaceful, elegant feel, and everything looked beautiful from start to finish. The food was delicious and well prepared. Michelle deserves a special mention. Her calm, professional manner and “yes ma’am, no problem ma’am” attitude made such a difference. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and she handled everything with ease and grace, helping the day stay stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous venue or better support. Thank you. We had a lovely time here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good aircon. The restaurant served good food, and the pub had nice cocktails and wines. The pool was great for cooling off on hot days.

The food was the standout for us: full of flavour, beautifully presented and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. Every dish felt thoughtfully put together, and the meal itself was an experience. From arrival, the staff at Surval Boutique Olive Estate were warm, genuine and professional. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after, in a relaxed but refined atmosphere. It’s a lovely mix of fine dining, comfort and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended for a visit to the Klein Karoo. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve just finished a three-day stay at your gorgeous property. Sense of Africa booked it for us, and it made a brilliant base for Cango Caves, the Safari Ostrich farm and Meerkats Adventures. We also enjoyed taking it easy around the grounds, with wonderful mountain views, your own lake and a lovely view from our room, Nicoise. The staff were friendly and fun while staying professional. Shanel, Debbie and Andrea deserve special mention, as do the waiting staff, especially Pat and Kieran. Every meal was delicious, though sometimes the portions were a bit too big. The breakfast platters were wonderful. There was a wedding and several large parties while we were there, and everything was handled beautifully. A fabulous venue, thank you very much.
