We didn’t have time to make use of the yard or braai facilities because our schedule was tight, so we’ll have to book again for that. It’s a gorgeous, spacious home and we had a lovely stay.

The place is extremely noisy because it’s empty, and the upstairs floor creaks so badly that nobody downstairs can sleep when someone is awake above. The braai facilities seem suited only to hunter gatherer folks, and the chairs make the dining area impossible to sit in. It’s poorly maintained, and the owners don’t seem to care much. Raising these issues with them did nothing, and neither did contacting the letting agents, Paternoster Rentals. I’d avoid this home.

De Nada is lovely, just a stone’s throw from the beach and close to Cape Town. Highly recommend it!
