The location is good, and staff gave us a warm welcome. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was adequate for a short business trip, but the facilities let the stay down. The shower is over the bath with no screen or curtain, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor. On the first night there was no hot water, and the next morning the shower had too little pressure and the water was still cold. The fish at the restaurant was bland and cold.

The hotel has a great location, and the weather isn't anyone's fault. We were lodging for just one night, and the staff went out of their way to make dinner for our group. That showed real humanity. I did feel uncomfortable about the crowd gathered at the 'pub' area, since they were crowding the entrance too.
