We agreed on a price over the phone, and it wasn’t the one listed on the site. When we arrived, the guy wasn’t there, and the person I’d spoken to was rude. I told the guy on the phone that I didn’t feel safe and that this wasn’t the place he’d described. Somehow he moved us to another location, saying it was his second one. It was just back rooms, with very bad beds and bedding. It’s winter and freezing in PMB, but we got one extra thin blanket. The lighting was terrible, the ceiling fan was in poor condition, and the outside toilet was freezing. I haven’t showered, so I don’t know what the water temperature is like. It’s not worth it.

We were travelling for an emergency and called the gent, who gave us options and agreed on a price. When we arrived, a lady offered a different price and took away the options. Later she said they needed more money. We didn’t have cash and asked if we could swipe, but she argued. We called the gent, and he put the price up because we had no cash? Haaaaai shame, bad business. Thanks for accommodating us late, but you can’t let people sleep and then raise the price, baba. It’s illegal. There was no tissue or soap in the bathroom, and the toilet seat falls off when you sit on it.

The beds were comfortable and the room was tidy. It would help if they provided an iron, sealed mini soaps, and shower caps. Sometimes we arrive without those things, or something unexpected comes up.
