We had excellent service. It’s a good spot for meetings, conferences, and pool parties.

We stayed in room 6. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the tasty food was a plus. The plants and palm trees gave the place a nice, natural feel. All the staff welcomed us warmly and were professional and ready to help. The Wi-Fi lagged a little, and the pool wasn’t usable, probably because it was the cold season. I’d definitely come back.

Good value for money, with clean rooms and a handy location near other services. We booked one night with breakfast, which included an English breakfast, plus yogurt and cereal if wanted. There could be more towels for people sharing, and more sockets by the beds for charging. The doors squeak a lot and need attention.

The staff were really friendly, and there was hot water. But the shower head wouldn’t point down, the room fridge didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable. I had the standard single room, and it’s basically a bed to sleep in, nothing more. You get what you pay for.

Big Ben was a lovely place to stay, peaceful and safe, with great staff. I really enjoyed my visit last year and would consider coming back when I’m in Polokwane.
