I was there for a five-day business trip, and the stay itself wasn’t bad. But it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received an invoice, even though I’ve called several times. They promised to email it, then blocked my calls when I called again. Calls from a private number still go through. Now I’m stuck because my company needs the invoice.

It’s close to Savannah shopping centre, and the beds are comfortable. The price is reasonable, but the rooms could use some attention. My duvet cover had a big hole, and there are other small things inside the room that could be fixed to make it more comfortable. There’s a fan, but no air-conditioning.

The room was clean, and the woman who checked me out was really friendly. But for the price, the place is only okay. The toilet bin was full, the TV remote didn't work, and staff noise in the morning was irritating. Those blankets need replacing too. We would've frozen without our fleece. They should renovate gradually.

I only stayed because I was exhausted and didn't want to keep driving around to find somewhere else. The bed was old and sagged badly, though the bathroom was okay. There was no Wi-Fi mentioned, so I used my own. I accidentally opened the fridge and it smelled awful. I won't stay here again when I'm in Polokwane.
