The location is central, near The greenery shopping mall, and the rooms were neat and clean. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was okay. It was very hot inside, though, with no air conditioning and a ceiling fan that wasn't enough. Parking was a bit of a problem.

A very nice guesthouse, with spacious rooms and staff who are both friendly and professional.

After all the traveling, I really enjoyed the delicious home-cooked dinner. Before I arrived, I got a WhatsApp message with the location, the name of the person who'd welcome me, and the dinner menu. I appreciated that, since it had never happened to me before. When I got there, I was greeted with a friendly smile and clear instructions. The room was large, cozy, clean, and comfortable, and I felt spoiled having it all to myself. The fireplace made the cold night feel romantic and peaceful. This is an amazing place to stay, and I'm grateful they made such a lovely, tranquil space for me. I really appreciate it.

The dinners feel homey and are really nice, while breakfast is superb. The staff are very accommodating and the wifi is excellent. It's a lovely place for a short or longer stay. I'll definitely visit again and recommend Victoria Place to my friends and family.

Everyone there is so friendly, and guests really do come first. If you ask for something, they're very attentive and it will be at your door in a second. The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh linen and towels, and the wifi is stable. Those are just a few reasons this is the best guest house I've ever stayed in. I absolutely love the place and recommend it to anyone visiting Polokwane.
