It’s a peaceful, very safe place to stay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice visit at Elianthe Boutique Guest House. The price seemed reasonable for the area, whether you’re stopping in Swellendam for one night or staying longer. I’d recommend it to travelers.
The pool was a lovely place to unwind after a day out exploring. At Elianthe, the staff made us feel at home with such a warm welcome, and our room was spotless, nicely decorated and really comfortable. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.
Had a great summer stay. The pool was the best part, though the area didn’t feel very private.
We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with a big choice of freshly made egg dishes. Elianthe Guesthouse in Swellendam has two houses, a lovely garden and a fantastic pool. Our room was clean, well kept and furnished with real style. Thanks for the warm hospitality!
The hosts were such warm, lovely people, and the pool and fire pit made a great spot to sit with friends. Our room was very large and exceptionally clean, with soft furnishings that made it feel homey. The electric blanket was a great touch on cold nights. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
