The bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way, so getting inside was difficult. Apart from that, we had an amazing stay and everything was clean. It was easy to get there using Bolt, and being able to walk to the shopping center was a nice bonus.

The staff member on night duty who checked us out was good and even arranged a cab for us. She’s the only reason I have anything positive to say about this place. I travelled with my husband, and the check-in staff had poor work etiquette. She handled phone calls badly, just hanging up, and the welcome when we arrived was poor. The room was terrible: very dirty and smelly, with ants on the bed, cobwebs around the dirty, irritating bathroom windows, dark ceilings with fungi, and a dusty kettle. We were charged more than the price we’d seen online. It wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The place was dirty, especially the shower, and the staff were really bad. It seemed to be used for sex, since we could hear people having sex every few minutes. While I was asleep, I found a big insect on top of me. A pipe leaked all night, and when I arrived, they put me in a room that had been used and not cleaned. Everything was bad.

Please stay away. The place was dirty and stinky, and it wasn’t what they advertised. Bed bugs bit us all night, and the linen was very poor. There weren’t even towels in the room or coffee the next morning. We had a really bad experience staying there for Krone on Loftes.
