The hosts were super friendly and kept communication excellent. It’s a lovely setting in a handy spot for both business and leisure, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

The heated blanket was a winter highlight, and breakfast was great. The hosts were kind and caring, and the location was perfect. Five out of five, and I’d definitely stay again.

We were relieved to find a place after a nine-hour flight with hardly any sleep. We’d booked a different guest house nearby and were meant to check in at 6 a.m., but never got its address or a reply. We rang the bell at Osborne House, and they gave us a room and let us in early. We’re very grateful. The place is lovely and reasonably priced, with excellent service. One thing to consider is air conditioning in the rooms. We’d come from winter in the Northern Hemisphere and were struggling with the heat.

The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and they were friendly from the start. The bathrooms were neat and tidy. It’s an old house, and the rooms felt a bit old-fashioned for our taste. We also had to wait a while to get the geyser water temperature balanced between hot and cold. Still, the warm welcome was a big plus.

I had a lovely stay in this beautiful property. The couple running it were attentive, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was an amazing treat.
