This was my second stay here in Richard’s Bay, this time for NYE week. The staff are really friendly, and the place is clean. The living room and both bedrooms have working ACs. There's plenty of kitchenware and utensils, and the mall with every shop you can think of is within walking distance, which is so convenient. I'll definitely visit again, 5/5.

My husband and I had an amazing experience and will come back. The management and cleaning staff are welcoming, friendly, and always attentive to what customers need. Manager Dee, thanks so much for putting clients first and checking in to make sure we're okay. It really makes us feel cared for. A special thank you as well to Simphiwe, Buhle, Nozipho, and the other ladies. You all did an excellent job. Thank you, Baysun staff ❤️
