The food and cocktails were seriously excellent, and the staff made our stay even better with how attentive and helpful they were. We found the room clean and luxurious, with a coffee machine we loved. The welcome at The Lab was friendly and full of useful information, and the setting was exquisite, with accommodation that suited us as a couple. Our only frustration was Echo, the voice-command tech didn't catch our voices very easily. Also, disconnect your phone before bed unless you want it loudly announcing every notification 🤣. We had a relaxing, comfortable stay.

We've already been three times and will definitely return. theLAB is such a beautiful, relaxing guest house, and being pet friendly makes it even more enjoyable. Everything has been incredible, from the staff and service to the food and rooms. It's high-tech and comfortable, and we always find it super relaxing.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and very neat, and the food was next level. You can tell the chef knows what he's doing, and the staff were incredible too. Ruzaan and her team did a wonderful job. They made us feel like royalty from the moment we stepped onto the property and went above and beyond to welcome us. Thanks so much, The Lab. We'll be back.

The location is gorgeous, and I loved having a little private outdoor area and jacuzzi with the room. It was a wonderful break from the city's hustle and bustle.
