The room was spacious, with a queen bed and two singles, plenty of room for a family. There are braai facilities and a swimming pool, and the service was friendly. It’s close to the main road, so trucks can be heard now and then. Aside from that, a fantastic place.

I paid the full amount for a booking through hotels. Com, but when I reached the destination and called them, they said they had no room for me. At 4pm that afternoon I had to find somewhere else to stay, and I’m still waiting for the money back. Totally unacceptable. They should remove their posts. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

For the "Family Room", the entry door latch was broken. The L Shaped living sleeping area had only one light fitting, leaving the kitchen dark, and there were no bedside tables or lamps and hardly any plugs. The mattress was completely worn out. There were no curtains on the bathroom rails, and the shower was tiny, with one loose, broken fitting. The TV was a small box unit with alternate satellite TV, not DSTV. We paid everything in advance and are still waiting 6 months for a refund. Parents, be aware, this is completely unfit for a family holiday.

The staff are amazing, and there are plenty of beds for everyone to crash on. It gave us Snow white a seven dwarfs vibes.

The owner was quiet and friendly, and the garden was the best part for me, lol. The rooms aren’t up to standard, though. There were no bathroom doors and not even simple hangers in the cupboards.
