The play area, huge jungle gym and hot and cold pools were great for our toddler, and the restaurant on site was really good too. We stayed in a cabana at Merry Pebbles in Sabie and loved it. It was serviced every day and stayed spotless. The cleaning team did a lovely job, even clearing away the wood and coal after our braai. A fantastic family resort, we'd happily return.

The hot and cold pools were exquisite for warming up or cooling off, and the ablutions were clean and modern. The camping area is a beautiful, expansive park beneath lush green trees, right beside a flowing river, hence the name "Merry Pebbles". Adventurous visitors can follow several hiking trails to nearby waterfalls. Simply spectacular!

We floated down the river on tubes, swam in the hot and cold pools, played chess and cycled around the grounds. There are tennis courts and a play area that kept the kids entertained too. The campsite is lovely, with plenty of trees, a peaceful feel and a beautiful river through the property. The ablutions were very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help when we had problems with our caravan. There are waterfalls, caves and lots of other attractions in the area. We had a lovely stay at Merry Pebbles Camping and would happily return.

I've stayed in one of the chalets before and it was very nice, neat and clean, just like the camping area. The camping bathrooms were fairly clean, though there was some mold on the ceiling. They seemed to be cleaned about 2-3 times a day. There are heated and cold pools, a nice restaurant and braai places. I'll certainly camp there again.

We've been coming to Merry Pebbles since 2006, when I was young, and now I'm here with my own family. We love playing ball with the kids around camp and riding bikes. There's plenty to do, with nature sightings, warm and cold pools, tubes for hire to float down the river, and Berg bikes for hire too. You can play pool or table tennis in the games room, and there's a nice laundromat. Thank you, Mery Pebbles 🌲
