The host was lovely and arranged dining and day activities tailored to what we wanted. Breakfast was the best we had in South Africa, made to suit our wishes, and the facilities were amazing. We also liked being close to town. From the warm welcome to the personal check-in, the whole stay was amazing. We’ve stayed in some of the best hotels, and this place is right up there.

Our host gave us a map and took the time to explain what there is to do in the area. The property felt secure, with good fences and a double front door. The rooms have a sleek, modern look and are fully renovated. They’re stunning, with quality towels and toiletries, plus three pillows per bed. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs, bread, yogurt and fresh fruit, and there were vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Bradley helped set up a sunset hippo tour for me this time. I’m back for my second stay, and I’ll keep coming back. It’s spotless, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is excellent. I can’t recommend this wonderful place enough.

For the last two days of our vacation, we stayed somewhere lovely with a super friendly owner. They made extra vegan breakfast options when we mentioned we were vegan, and they were really delicious. We’d definitely come back!
