The room and bathroom ceilings had black mould, and the curtains were hanging halfway off their rails. There was no kitchenware despite it being advertised, and the bathtub listed in the description was apparently being decommissioned. The advertised services didn't match what we actually found. The owner was rude, unapproachable and unfriendly. This was presented as a modern luxury boutique, but it felt like false advertising. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We spent five nights here self-catering. It was a good place to stay, and the shopping centre was only a five-minute walk away.

It was a quiet, clean place, and I had a pleasant stay. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in Joburg.
