A great way to start the day: the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh, well-prepared choices, from hot dishes to pastries, fruit and cereals. Everything was presented beautifully, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and inviting. Thulani really stood out. He was friendly, attentive and always smiling, made sure everything was taken care of, and added a personal touch. Highly recommended for a good breakfast and great service.

Fiona at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome and handled check-in smoothly, with friendliness and efficiency. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and all the staff were lovely and genuinely helpful. We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel. It’s modern, comfortable and very well maintained, with spotless rooms and outstanding service. We hope to visit again soon!

We’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend dining here. The food was full of flavor and beautifully presented, with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. At the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel restaurant, the service felt warm, professional and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our waiter, Thulani, was attentive and friendly, and made sure we felt looked after throughout the meal. His manager, Shakira, was just as wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. Compliments to the whole team for such a high standard.

The Sandton City location made getting around easy, and our whole stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Gautrain went smoothly. Check-in was quick and pleasant. Precious at the front office deserves a special mention: she was attentive, warm, and professional, and made us feel valued. We’d happily book here again for a Sandton trip. Highly recommended.
