Sandton Hideout SPA and Accommodation

I booked here feeling confident, but when we tried to confirm the details with Nikki, the boss, she started giving me attitude. She then cancelled our booking without telling me. We were left at reception for over five hours without help. She threatened to send the police to remove us, and when we told her to call them, she later offered us 200 for transport to leave. The photos in the listing don’t match what you see in person. I was deeply disappointed and feel I wasted my R2200. R2200 of mine, gone with the wind.

I had a great five-day stay. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was ideal, close to amenities. The owner also went out of her way to help me secure student accommodation for my son.

The location was convenient and peaceful, a nice setting to unwind. My room was comfortable and beautifully designed, and the staff gave attentive, professional service throughout. A really memorable stay, and highly recommended.

The host was welcoming and attentive all week, making sure I had what I needed. The BnB was spotless, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed to feel at home. It was quiet and peaceful but still close to everything I wanted to explore. I especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning and noticed the care in the little details. I had an amazing week here and will definitely come back. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.
