Sandra welcomed us so warmly, even though we’d booked at the last minute. The room was incredibly comfortable, almost like a honeymoon suite, and we felt right at home. The water was properly warm too, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. We really enjoyed the stay, and we’ll be back and recommend the place. Thanks again, Sandra. See you soon.
The rooms are spacious, and there’s a pleasant inner garden and a private gated spot to lock up the car. It’s close to the centre but still quiet. The only thing that bothered me was the saloon doors in the room. They slam loudly, so I had to remember to stop them each time I went through.
There’s plenty of space for two people, which suited us since we spent most of the day on the road. The host was friendly, and the basics were covered: air conditioning, wifi, and parking behind locked gates. The price was reasonable too.
The place smelled of smoke and cigarettes, and honestly I don’t think it was worth what we paid. For that price, I expected a bit more quality. I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time I’m in Springbok.
Yoh, this is a nice place to stay. The people are friendly, and the rooms are exceptional. It’s quiet and clean too. I’m definitely coming back.
