The hosts made us feel right at home, and breakfast was the best we had in town. The apartment was a pleasant surprise: roomy and stocked with everything we needed, all at very good value. We also loved sitting on the porch with coffee or a sundowner, and there’s a braai downstairs for guests to use. I’d happily recommend The Upper Deck to any traveller.

Breakfast was great, and check-in and checkout were easy. The place was private, clean, and well equipped. Really enjoyed it.

A pleasant, clean and tidy place, with a good breakfast. It worked well as a stop on the way to Cape Town. The view was nice, though the nearby terrain looked a bit untidy.

The owner was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was fantastic.

We had a lovely, spacious apartment. It felt a little wasted for just one night, though it was worth it. I’d stay for a week next time and use it as a base to explore the area. We’ll be back.
