There was no electricity all day, so getting any work done here isn’t an option. Water kept leaking from the air conditioner, and we had to use a kettle and towel to stop it spreading everywhere. There was mold on the walls, and my partner got sick from it. The bedding had stains, and there were no spoons or plates. Everything was wrong. I wouldn’t book here again.

It smells nice and the place is really clean. The staff are always around to help, too.

I was disappointed, especially since we enjoyed our first stay here. We’d booked an executive room, but there was only one towel, and when we asked for more, they brought just one extra. The shower has no door, so water runs all over the place and into the bedroom. The one-ply toilet paper was really hard. They also had no gas to make breakfast, so we had to fill out a refund form. The service was very poor.
