We picked Lavender Moon for a quiet stay before my husband's Comrades, and the little practical touches stood out. The plugs were right where they needed to be, the lighting was just right, and there was proper body wash and hand soap, things other guesthouses sometimes miss. Our room was spacious, lovely, and well equipped. The host was so helpful and friendly, the staff were amazing, and breakfast was a real treat. We were very happy with our stay.

Claire and her team looked after me so well during my seven-day business trip. They were incredibly hospitable, and I had a great stay. I'd happily recommend the place.

I always stay here when work brings me to Durban. Claire even found a way to fit me in on my last trip, despite being fully booked. She and her team are consistently on point, with great attention to detail. Thanks, Claire!

We've been coming to Lavender Moon Guest House every year since 2017, and Claire and her staff have always treated us wonderfully, like royalty. The house is kept clean, our time with Claire and the team is always lovely, and breakfast is fantastic.

We spent four days here with the family during our January 2022 holiday. Claire gave us such a warm welcome, and the employees were cheerful. The apartment, rooms, and food were all great, and being near both the beach and the mall was really convenient for us as a family. It felt like home.
