The rooms are spacious and the towels were fresh, but the welcome from Elaine and the others was unfriendly. The atmosphere didn't really match what the website advertised. The TV didn't work, and there was no DStv, Wi-Fi as promised, or water. The breakfast wasn't worth what we paid, and I think they should change the menu. We called the emergency numbers provided, but nobody answered. The cutlery was so bad I don't know what to say. Even five days later, we still hadn't received the invoice we requested. I don't think this guest house, or whatever it is, deserves to be in Mhlanga Rocks. They should relocate to the township.

Breakfast was outstanding, and I had a lovely stay. Everything was neat and the décor was tasteful.

The rooms are big and well looked after, but the place feels very impersonal. You can hear sounds from rooms that aren't even close together.
