Gemutlich B&B Guesthouse

The rooms were clean and the pool was sparkling. We got an excellent welcome when we arrived. The staff were friendly, understanding, and extremely helpful.

We’ve had an issue with a plug, probably because of loadshedding, and our hostess came to sort it out after hours by herself. When I had a dental problem, she also helped by recommending a good dentist. The room decor is excellent, and she’s always there to welcome us. This really is our home from home, with a super friendly and helpful hostess. I highly recommend this Guesthouse.

Adri gave us such a warm welcome. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need, plus much more. A beautiful place to stay, and I’d recommend it. Excellent, in one word.

The cooling pool brought a lot of relief and joy for me, my wife, and my son in the scorching heat. And of course there’s the braai, something you can’t do without. The room, bathroom, sheets, and towels were all clean and perfect. Adri, you and your team are wonderful. It was lovely chatting and sharing stories, and the hostess gave us a warm welcome. For a future improvement, I’d suggest shadeports for the vehicles, as the sun can really heat them up without shade. Still, we’ll stay nowhere else when visiting Upington. Julle is sterre...
