Olive Tree B&B

After a mix-up over check-in time, I called to ask what I should do because I'd cancelled the booking when nobody answered the phone. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt she was racist toward me. She said it was best for us to go our separate ways. I'm disgusted, and now my husband has to sleep in the car while I have a hospital procedure. I hope this gets taken into consideration when people book and aren't the right colour. 😡😡😡

After a long day, we found everything we needed here: good food, comfortable rooms, a convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly people. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Marietjie. We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend the place.

I'm usually more of a hotel person, but Olive Tree B&B in Upington won me over. The breakfast packs were amazing, and it was fun seeing what would be inside each time. Every day there were fresh white towels, clean white bedding, little chocolates on the bed, and a bottle of water after the morning cleaning. The place felt clean, welcoming, and professional, with everything you'd expect from a hotel. My stay was better than one.

The breakfast pack was so good! The owner was polite and professional, and checked what guests preferred so she could make the stay as comfortable as possible. I had a wonderful time, found it good value for money, and would recommend it to all travelers.
