It was a wonderful stay out in nature, with plenty of privacy and a secluded feel. Holger was the perfect host. The bed was firm, hot water came through in three seconds, and breakfast with homemade bread was great. Thanks for all the effort. I'll definitely come back.

We would have liked to stay longer, especially since the pool was warm. Our host met us straight away and upgraded us to a lovely cottage with a thatched roof and wood, air conditioning, a coffee bar, patio, barbecue and walk-in shower. The property was beautiful and tranquil, and our host quickly explained everything. Breakfast cost extra, but we tried it and it was wonderful: juices, cheeses, meats, yogurt, toast, fresh eggs and bacon, plus a fresh fruit salad that was to die for. Honestly, the best! Our host also kindly took us into town for supplies and to the airport when we left. It's a bit far from Kruger, though the host can arrange safari pickup and so on.

We were here for one night on the way to Krüger Nationalpark. Holger and his team were very friendly and focused on looking after guests, and they gave us lots of information for our trip. They gave us a special welcome for our honeymoon. Many thanks, Holger!

Holger is a really friendly host, and the setting is peaceful. I enjoyed the pool and thought the place was good. There were quite a few lizards and bugs, so it may not suit someone who doesn't like them. Better towels and bedding would help, and some lights around the pool would be a good addition.
