Infinity Blue Luxury Accommodation

We had a great self-catering setup for our overnight stay in this stunning, modern, upmarket unit. The drawback was that high vegetation blocked the ocean view. I’d suggest clearing the plants in front of the units so guests can enjoy the beautiful views.

It was very neat, but felt cold and damp rather than cosy. The gas water heater won’t work without power, and the internet is too slow for streaming TV. Also, the shower over the bath is a bit low if you’re tall.

Wesley runs this new Airbnb bed and breakfast, and it had everything I wanted. It was squeaky clean, Wesley communicated really well, and there was some food left in the fridge. There’s a microwave and Netflix too. Just be aware that the toilet doesn’t feel very private from your roommate.

We stayed three days and never once saw or met the owners or manager. That wasn’t what we expected. The bigger issue was breakfast: we searched for accommodation with breakfast included as a deal breaker, and Foresthill Wilderness advertised B&B all over the internet. Our booking confirmation also said breakfast was included, but on arrival we were told via WhatsApp there was no breakfast at this guest house. The facilities weren’t even set up for what we’d expect from self-catering accommodation.
