They even washed my car in the morning. The rooms were clean, and the service was good. A very nice place.

The rooms were lovely, the food was excellent, and the decoration was just right for our anniversary gathering with family and a few friends. It’s a cosy, upscale spot for a small function. We had a really good time, and the service was impeccable.

The staff were so welcoming, and the rooms were cleaned properly each day. They had air conditioning, hot water and a TV, and breakfast and supper came on time. I enjoyed my stay, especially with the hotel close to town.

Breakfast was delicious, and they insist on bringing it as room service. The place is neat and compact, but the parking is very narrow and there aren’t any exciting views. That’s probably down to the location, though gardens might help if there were more space. The unsubscribed DSTV had no working channels, so the hotel should install Open View decoders (OVHD).

Lavender, Mellow and the chef made us feel like royalty. They helped bring our little surprise for mum’s graduation celebration to life as if she were their own mum. It didn’t feel like they were doing it to get a tip; they seemed to take real pleasure in making us happy. Mpala boutique hotel staff take the trophy. Thank you so much.
