The Booking photos and descriptions were completely misleading. They moved me to another room to try to make things right. That room had no washer, and the manager said my laundry would be done free, but the cleaning staff screamed at me to pay and wouldn’t accept that. The hotel staff were awful. I left in the middle of the night after an incident with one of them. Two of his friends showed up and left quickly. Then everything became confusing: the staff member was in my bed, I was covered in blood, with cuts on my face and leg, and there was blood on the bed. My second pair of sunglasses was broken.

The hospitality was perfect, and it’s a very affordable place to clear your mind after the strain of a hard week. If that’s what you’re looking for, visit.

Four sockets were in the room, but only one worked, which was difficult with three laptops and phones. The room’s fridge was dirty and empty, and getting drinking water at night wasn’t possible. The shower was missing its cabin door, and they gave me a hand towel instead of a body towel. There was no toilet paper or shower soap until I asked after checking in. When I did, they brought conditioner because they had no soap. I was sold the executive suite because it had AC, but the AC didn’t work during my stay. I also had to ask the security guy for remote controls for both the AC and TV at night. There was no kettle at first, and the restaurant refused me coffee unless I bought breakfast. After I requested it and got angry about the service, they eventually brought a kettle and instant coffee for the room. They don’t serve breakfast or provide bottled water for the night, and the service was generally terrible. They tried to fix things, but I had to point out every problem myself. A decent hotel should spot those issues without waiting for guests to ask.

I didn’t see the rooms, but I really liked the bar area.
