It's quiet, clean, and a nice place to stay. The centre is a 20 minute walk away, though they also offer transfers at a reasonable price. The staff are super helpful and make you feel at home. Unlimited cold water and a pool too. Love it! Thanks, Susan and all your staff. We'll be back!

Those evening fires were a little thing I had been looking forward to, and they lit one every night from 6 pm. We loved our two nights at this lovely, well kept lodge. The room was clean, breakfast had a big selection, and the staff were friendly and professional. Loved the whole experience ❤️

The grounds are nice and there's a small pool, and it seems they have started making improvements. But the lodge still has a long way to go before it meets the standard tourists need. The place feels like a two star lodge for backpackers. It's old, with basic beds, a TV, a small fridge, cracked and peeling paint, and old linen. We had to change rooms this morning after the first one flooded because the shower drain was blocked. The hot water stopped completely, and we had to wait until a group of eight students left before water pressure returned. We asked at 5 pm for dinner, but that evening the bar and kitchen closed and staff went home, leaving five guests without food. I'm NOT happy. We had no dinner and no way to call a cab into town, since there are no phones in the rooms and nobody was in the office.

Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and the bar has a good stock. The staff are all super friendly and will arrange whatever you ask for. It's a lovely place to stay while visiting Victoria Falls, around 2-3 minutes by car from town and 10 minutes from the waterfalls.
