Hotel Magic La Massana (Hotansa)

The balcony view was the real star, with adorable chickens clucking below, while the rooms themselves were warm, cozy, and simple. After exploring, it was lovely to nap with that view. The shower was elegant and relaxing too. This charming B&B sits in a quiet little neighborhood away from the main road, making it a wonderful base for driving around Andorra. We stayed in mid-September, with sunny weather and a few snow flurries at the miradors above. The owner and the gentleman working in the morning were exceptionally kind, answered our questions, showed us the many breakfast choices, and even offered to reserve a nearby restaurant table. The whole concierge team had a great attitude and seemed proud of their work. It was the perfect break after a few days in the capital and a lovely place to celebrate our anniversary.

The location worked very well, with both the city centre and Canillo only 10 min. away. Everything was practical, and the staff were kind and helpful. I especially want to thank everyone working in the apartment for all their hard work in the buisness.

We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well looked after throughout our stay. The setting was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful too, and the service was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

The hotel is small, cozy, and a good choice in either summer or winter. I visited in summer, and much of the interior, especially the hall, is made of wood. It is well connected from the main road, only a few minutes behind Encamp. The staff and waitress were very generous and paid attention to every detail to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was complete, with a wide selection considering the hotel's small size. As far as I heard, they speak Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
