The hotel itself is perfectly fine, with basic but clean rooms and a nice bathroom shower. Check-in was slow, though there were no other problems with it. The location is ideal for reaching the slopes, so I would recommend the hotel. I would avoid the half-board option, though. The food served at the Sens restaurant was poor quality, and there are better places to eat nearby.

The hotel is right beside the slopes and has welcoming outdoor heaters, making the location excellent. Drinks were reasonably priced, but the food cost a little too much for its quality. The service was acceptable, and I would stop for a drink again, but I would not order the burger or eat there another time.

We feel comfortable and safe here, which matters most to us. The staff have been attentive and make a real effort with the language difference, and the restaurant team have been especially helpful. Even with the limited half-board menu, the food has been good every time, sometimes changing despite ordering the same dish. The ski in and ski out access is exactly what we wanted. The lockers come with free keys alongside the room key, so we do not worry about our snowboards being taken. Our modern, spacious room is cleaned daily and looks over the slope. It is above the apres area, but we do not mind the noise, especially since there is a curfew for sleeping. There is a 200 euros deposit for possible room damage, with a price list for damaged items. We understand why, although it initially made us uneasy because a few things were already damaged, even though they still worked. We are a group of English snowboarders and a skier aged 26 to 39, and we have been treated very well.

The location was fantastic, the staff were fine, and the equipment rental shop attached to the hotel was excellent. The room itself worked for four adult men. The problem was Room 34, which had the Aprés Ski directly outside its window. It operated six days a week from 15:00-20:30 and was extremely loud. Anyone wanting to relax after skiing, or travelling with children, should make sure they are not placed in that room.
