The location is far from Andorra la Vella and sits on a steep hill, so you really need a rental car or your own vehicle. The rooms feel very outdated, and the mattresses and pillows are only slightly softer than a rock. The bathroom bin was broken, leaving us to put toilet paper in a plastic bag. I guess replacing a broken bin must be very expensive 🤨

Everyone at this very friendly hotel was welcoming. The waiter serving the evening meal was fantastic, a really nice guy, and the food was good and well priced. The views over Andorra were great too. There are cats on the property, which is a nice bonus if you miss your pets while on holiday and need a cat fix.

We paid an extra 15 euros to move rooms, and the mountain view from the new room made it worthwhile. The hotel was comfortable, beautifully furnished, peaceful, and had a great pool and facilities. It's very close to Naturland and the Tobotronc, with Andorra about a 10-minute drive away. The staff were nice and accommodating, and we even met a very friendly cat. The weak point was the cost of the food and drinks. They were very expensive, and the food itself was only okay, so eating out would definitely have been cheaper. Still, it was a really lovely stay overall.

This small family hotel is well placed for visiting attractions like naturlandia and jardins de juberri. The rooms are spacious, and the keypad entry is very convenient. The price is good, and breakfast is already decent, although it could be improved a little. I enjoyed my stay a lot.
