Elite Downtown Residence 2

Ateeb made our move-in smooth and welcoming, and he's been great at helping us get everything arranged. We've been at Elite Downtown Residence 2 for a week of our month-long stay and are loving it so far. The apartment is beautiful and has everything we need. The balcony view of Burj Khalifa is spectacular, especially at night. We've also enjoyed the Health Club, with its steam room, sauna, infinity pool, and hot jacuzzi. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, and being able to charge our electric car easily is a big bonus. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great views in Dubai.

We found it easy to get around from this Downtown Dubai holiday home, whether we were relaxing after a long day or heading out to enjoy the area. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are only minutes away, with plenty of other attractions accessible too. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, modern, nicely furnished, and well maintained. The living area was comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the balcony had lovely city views. Check-in was hassle-free, and the host and team were responsive and professional throughout. Even small requests were handled quickly, giving the stay a hotel-like feel. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily come back and recommend it for a high-quality stay in Downtown Dubai.

The Burj Khalifa view from the apartment was a real highlight, and the building's pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi added to the comfort. At Elite Downtown Residence 2, the place was spacious, clean, fully furnished, and had modern interiors, so it works for a short visit or a longer stay. The location near Burj Khalifa and other major attractions is hard to beat. Staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond, making check-in and check-out easy. We got complimentary bites when we visited, a lovely welcome. The studio was spacious, the facilities were a nice bonus, and the building was very clean, almost like a 5-star hotel. Noraiz at reception and Naem, the butler, were patient and attentive, and Mustafa, the guard, was polite. We were looking for a four-month stay, and Ateeb was incredibly accommodating and informative. He's excellent at what he does, definitely a 6/5 agent. We're looking forward to moving in and hopefully getting a yearly contract. Definitely worth viewing and booking!
