Warning to anyone thinking of moving in, especially to the 44th floor. The agent scammed me, kept my money, and refused to return it. The place is a big stahl and isn't made for you to stay. Don't trust the photos you see online! These images were taken on the 6.3.2026! This is disgusting! I'm going to report this and have people come check their places. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

The pools and several play areas make this building especially good for kids, and the gym is good too. It’s a lovely building with great security and amenities. You can walk to Emaar beachfront and the Marina waterfronts, so the location is great.

The view over JBR and Palm Jumeirah is amazing. The place is always clean, the security team is professional, and the facilities are good. The elevators are very fast too.

I went to see a room or partition, but I don't think I'd want to stay there. I live in Jlt and visit Marina often, and while I've always liked princess tower, being close to it felt quite different from seeing it at a distance. It looks good from far away, and the lighting at the top is really appealing, but the area by the front and back doors was overcrowded when I visited. The tower's presence and elegance come across much better from a distance.
