We had an amazing stay, with spotless surroundings, attentive staff, and top-notch amenities. They even upgraded our room, which made it feel extra special and memorable. Vivek was a very helpful young gentleman, so ask for him! Highly recommend.

Dear Hyatt Place Residences Management, I’m writing about a security guard at the entrance and parking area, a Nepali gentleman, who has asked me at least five times whether I live in the building. I understand the need for security checks, but being asked the same thing each time is uncomfortable and feels unnecessary. A single verification makes sense; repeating it this often seems excessive. Could you look into this and make sure residents are treated courteously and respectfully? Thank you for your attention.

We enjoyed our night overall. Some staff were nice and some were rude. I’d expected it to feel residential, but the “policy” gave it more of a hotel vibe.

My family and I had a good 8-day stay, and transport and the metro are very close, making it easy to get around. Ilyias at the front desk was helpful to everyone, except there was one guy at the travel desk who wasn’t helpful at all. If you don’t take his tour package, he won’t tell you anything, not even the routes to destinations. Bad attitude, bro. First-time visitors should stay away from him.
