After handover, warranty maintenance has been unacceptable. Plumbing issues keep coming back and still haven’t been properly fixed after almost 10 months, hurting both the living experience and the unit’s investment value and rental potential. The handover itself was poorly handled too. It felt like getting units delivered mattered more than properly resolving snags and quality concerns, which were mostly treated superficially. The project was also handed over well after the date promised in the contract. And nearly seven months before the actual handover, they cashed the handover cheque. I complained and asked several times, but the money was never refunded or adjusted. My funds were tied up for months without justification, so I couldn’t invest or benefit from them. My experience with Binghatti has been deeply disappointing as both an investor and end user. For a developer presenting itself as premium, the gap between the branding and customer experience is massive. Buyers and investors should think carefully before putting money into these projects unless customer care, accountability, construction quality, and after-sales support improve seriously.
