Luxury 2BR Marina Gate 3

I love this building complex. The amenities are amazing, and the infinity pool is outstanding. There's also nice access to Marina Walk behind tower 2. Residents can use the large pool in the middle of all three towers, as well as the smaller infinity pool. The larger one belongs to the hotel in tower 1.

We liked Marina Gate enough to leave a review and set up our office here. We’ve focused on these towers since they were handed over, and our clients keep coming back for plenty of reasons. The apartments have practical layouts and modern finishes, from studios and one-bedrooms to full-floor penthouses and duplex villas. Views take in the Marina waterfront, golf course, or skyline, and the location makes it easy to reach Sheikh Zayed Road and nearby transport. There’s a strong community feel, with Padel tournaments, weekly yoga by the pool, and parent groups. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Facilities include three gyms, three pools, a sauna and steam room, children’s play areas, and Padel, squash, and basketball courts. Cafes, restaurants, and shops are close by, including Carrefour and Spinnys right nearby. District 8 is our personal favourite, though you’ll often find us at Ritzi Italian too. The beach is also within reach by bike, scooter, on foot, or by tram. For anyone looking to stay or invest in Dubai Marina, Marina Gate is one of the top choices.

The marina promenade had such a lively feel at night. Food aromas drifted over from the waterfront restaurants, and luxury yachts sat alongside the sparkling water. Above it all, colorful lights on the skyscrapers made a striking skyline. It was a memorable mix of modern city life and luxury, and left me with a strong impression of Dubai’s beauty and opulence.

Helpful staff, thoughtfully laid-out apartments, and facilities that are kept in good condition. The views are breathtaking, and the building may be the best-looking one in Dubai Marina. Highly recommended.
