Maison Privee - Sterling Tower West

The building is well kept, but management felt rigid and out of touch with local customs during Ramadan. I put a small box of sealed water bottles outside my door for delivery riders, then was told to remove it right away as “a violation.” No one suggested a safe, approved place for it. Rules matter, but so do basic decency and the context, especially in Dubai's heat during Ramadan. The response didn't feel respectful of Muslim values or local customs. A designated spot for water in the lobby or security area would be a simple fix. I'm sharing this so future residents know what to expect, and in the hope that management handles reasonable, community-minded gestures better.
