Management’s involvement in guest satisfaction stood out, and it was clear they care about guest comfort and maintaining high standards. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated the quick replies to requests, the attention to detail, and the strong customer service. I had a very pleasant experience, would recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back.

The beach is beautiful, with stunning views of the Palm and the sunset. We chose half-board and had a fantastic meal at Palm Kitchen. Breakfast had a good selection, and the dosa and uthappam were our favourites. We had a lovely weekend here for my husband’s birthday. The staff were attentive and the hospitality was excellent; they even upgraded our room to Sea view. It’s a great staycation for couples or families, and we’ll definitely be back.

The Palm and Dubai skyline views make for a very relaxing, memorable setting, and the location is exceptional. The resort is cozy, clean, and well maintained. Front desk and service staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout. There are a couple of things that could be better. At busy times the water pressure gets quite low, and the shataf is noticeably affected. Shisha service currently ends at 7:30 PM, which feels early with such an incredible nighttime view. Extending it until midnight would improve the guest experience.

The spa was the one bright spot. The staff there were professional and attentive, and the experience reflected the level of service I’d hoped for across the resort. I booked six rooms, including a suite, for my group at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa. The reception and management experience was disappointing and far below what I expected from a 5 stars hotel. I asked for an extra room key, but it took an unnecessary amount of time. One employee asked for my ID, returned my Emirates ID in a bad way, then walked off and rudely said someone else would help. I was left waiting without clear communication or proper customer service. With six rooms booked, I expected a smoother check-in, better coordination, and a more welcoming attitude from reception and management. Neither showed the hospitality, efficiency, or professionalism expected from a property with this reputation. I hope management takes this seriously and improves guest onboarding, reception procedures, and staff training so future guests get the service they deserve.
