Good value in Barsha 1. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with what you need for a relaxed visit. View Al Barsha Apartment is handy for Mall of the Emirates, just a short walk away, with plenty of food places nearby. The staff were polite and helpful when I needed something. If you're employed and looking for a clean, quiet bedspace, you can find one here.

Disgusting building. I told my room owner about the bugs, but she ignored the problem. It's been 1 week since I complained, and now I'm going to take legal action against the management because my skin has an infection.

The building itself is very nice, though some people misuse it. Maintenance in my apartment in particular needs improvement. If everyone cooperates, things could definitely get much better.

The place is too crowded, and the internet connection was the worst I've ever experienced. The AC hasn't worked at all for more than 2 months. I had to move rooms because the landlord was irresponsible, and the room owner wouldn't take responsibility for fixing it. I don't recommend staying here.

It's not really suitable for a family stay. This is completely a bedspace area.
