The Japanese House by Bridge Retreats

We booked this Japanese-style villa for a one-day family gathering, and it worked wonderfully for the occasion. The property was spacious, extremely well maintained, and particularly good for children. My ratings were 10/10 for cleanliness, place and design, amenities, and service, 8.5/10 for location, and 10/10 overall for the experience. The vending machines were a big success with everyone, offering popcorn, cotton candy, Japanese sweets, and regular chocolates. Coal and firewood were provided too, and the service stayed attentive throughout the day. For event planning, note that hiring an event company requires a AED 3,000 deposit, which is returned immediately at checkout. The process was smooth and transparent. Ahmed, the manager, was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. He even arranged a spotlight in the garden so we could set up the food comfortably in the evening. His effort made a real difference and deserves recognition, and a raise. This is a highly recommended venue for family gatherings and celebrations, especially if you want something unique with excellent service.

The Japanese atmosphere here feels extremely authentic, with impressive attention to detail. We enjoyed the pool, playground, Japanese vending machines, costumes, and the services provided during our stay. The property was very clean, the pool was warm, and the staff were supportive whenever we needed them. I couldn’t have asked for more from a family break and would definitely visit again.

This is one of the most peaceful escapes in the UAE, and the setting is also aesthetically inspiring and deeply refreshing. The team gave us outstanding hospitality, making the whole stay feel easy and special. Ahmad Essam deserves a particular thank you for his kindness and professionalism. His approach made the visit even more memorable. We will most definitely be coming back.

Celebrating my birthday here with all my friends was an unforgettable experience. The Japanese-style house has a magical, far-away feeling, yet we immediately felt at home. Everything was chic, beautifully designed, and spotless. We especially loved the heated pool and BBQ area. Housekeeping was available around the clock, which made the stay effortless. It’s one of the best getaways I’ve had.
