Royal Tulip Dancenter Suites Sharjah

This was my worst hotel experience. Even though I had a reservation and had already paid, I was told there were no rooms available. They then refused my refund request. The manager’s phone number was never answered, and the customer service hotline offered no help. The representatives seemed unsure how to deal with the problem.

The bathroom was dirty, and after showering the water would not drain properly and became stuck. Several basic items were missing, including soap, coffee and a stirrer, a glass, slippers, a towel, and an iron. The room facilities and reception service need improvement so guests feel welcomed and safe on arrival. The lobby and hallways would also benefit from a pleasant fragrance. Rooms should be properly maintained and supplied with all standard amenities for a comfortable stay.

The room still had rubbish from previous guests, and the bed sheets were dirty and dusty. The floor hadn’t been mopped, there were no slippers, and the receptionist said they didn’t have a glass or two plates when I asked. The TV had no network, and although there was a kettle, there were no glasses for making tea. I also kept trying to call reception from the room, but the number didn’t work, so I had to go down several times for inquiries. This place is a joke and not worth wasting your time or money.

I’d recommend staying here for one day only.
