The spacious, clean apartment is inside the castle, and breakfast was delicious. Torez also showed us the gardens and property, and the afternoon cappuccinos were lovely. Finding the place was slightly confusing, but Torez was easy to reach and guided us once we arrived. As the owner and our main contact, he also drove us to our winery tour and took us to old town / mangalem, where a taxi is absolutely worthwhile. The whole family was warm and helpful, so this was a fantastic Airbnb experience.

Guest House Luli gave us a wonderful welcome during our two-night stay. The terrace looked out across all of Berat, and the room was both comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious and very generous. The guest house sits in a beautiful part of Berat castle. Torrez kindly helped arrange a taxi to the bus terminal, which made leaving much easier. We were very happy we stayed here and wish the family all the best.

I found this small place in Berat Castle and keep returning for its coffee and cake whenever I'm in Berat. The owners are warm and welcoming, and their fig cake is the best.

While visiting the castle, we found this welcoming coffee bar. The daughter greeted us with so much enthusiasm and was a real treasure. Her dad told us stories about his family living there for more than 200 years, then showed us around his land and let us taste some of the delicious fruit he grows. It felt genuine and made us feel special, definitely worth visiting.
