The security stood out, and the pool area was beautiful and comfortable. Several of our families celebrated New Year's Eve 2025 in cabins 40 and 31. Both had stunning views and roomy living areas. The refrigerator and grill felt a bit small for eight people during the festivities. The cabins were also conveniently close to the entrance of the Piedra Habsburg trekking trail. It was a relaxing, peaceful stay.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, and the pool is nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. At night you really can hear everything happening in the neighboring apartments. We also went almost 20 hours without water, from 10 PM until 3 PM the next day. Nobody notified or updated us unless we asked. At 1 PM, when I asked whether there was a Plan B because we couldn't carry on like that, they finally brought a bucket for the bathroom and three jugs of water. Given the USD price and the location, I thought the situation was terrible. They offered to "refund" only 30% of that day's stay, and only after we asked whether there would be any "concession". Coincidentally, it was an amount I still had to pay. We said that didn't seem appropriate for what had happened, and they agreed to 20% plus $39,000. I thought the owners were very stingy.
